From 1st October 2023 the Scottish Government required owners of self catering accommodation to obtain a Licence to operate a Short Term Letting Property.  Our Licence number is HI-10552-F.   Our Energy Performance Rating is E.  

With this new legislation we have to tell you more about the property and so we have prepared a booklet which will be available in the property.  The extent of the requirements to obtain certification has become excessive and carries with it considerable cost.  For this reason we have had to increase our prices and the holiday house market has become smaller in our area as owners decline to undertake the additional work.
